Instant Rasam powder can be made in 2 minutes. Just add 1tbsp of Instant Rasam Powder to 200 ml of water and heat for 2 mins. Instant Rasam will be ready to use like an appetizer or soup in winters , goes with idly or vada for breakfast and  also tastes good with rice.
